Healthy Nut Butter Cookie Dough - V / GF / PF

Nut butter can be a great (and healthy) way to provide a creamy, doughy texture to the desserts you love to enjoy - but often regret afterwards;). Try this healthy nut butter cookie dough recipe for your parties, hangouts, personal dessert, or even a snack!  

Ingredients: 

1 cup Coconut Cashew nut butter⠀⠀

1/2 cup chickpeas ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3 TBS maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 scoop protein powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 cup chocolate chips ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 tsp vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Pinch of salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Directions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Process everything but the chocolate chips in a food processor until well combined (might need to add a dash of a milk if too dry). Fold in chocolate chips. Roll dough into balls. Place in plastic container in fridge for a few hours to become firm. Serve once reached desired firmness.
