Thickness & Consistency

KETO Cocoa Pecan Butter's thickness is very low!

Consistency: Oil separation naturally occurs because we do not add emulsifiers to keep the nuts and oils together.

Simply stir the butter.

Do not drain the oil or you will have extremely dense butter.

If you are particularly bothered by this separation, simply store your jars upside down so the oil separates at the bottom instead.

Keto Pecan Butter

This keto pecan butter is magical! I recently placed my first order and am so happy that I did. The flavor, texture and macros are the best! I love that the ingredients are simple and clean. When my order arrived I could not wait to try it. At room temp this butter is creamy and drippy. I put it in the refrigerator and it thickens up a bit, just wonderful! Do not hesitate, order 2. I hope this is a forever keto butter and more keto friendly butter follow.

I am a new customer. Pecans are my least liked nut, but Abby's did a great job with adding the cocoa! Now on to try the other three flavors I ordered......will review as I try each one. I like that Abby's is natural and uses simple ingredients.

Another Hit!

My wife and I loved the new flavor. Can’t say that it’s our absolute #1, but that just shows how deep Abby’s Better offerings are. We’re big fans of all of them.

The best nut butters I’ve ever had!

Not only does every flavor that I’ve tried taste amazing, but I love that they are so easy to mix. With other almond butters I always dreaded opening a new jar. The small amount of oil in Abby’s mixes in super easy and the texture is the best I’ve ever had!
