5-Ingredient Yogurt Bark

Summer is here and we’ve got the perfect dessert for hot days: YOGURT BARK! 

Yogurt bark is frozen yogurt with your favorite toppings (like your favorite flavor of Abby’s Better)! We made our favorite combination below to share with you.

Why we love yogurt bark: it’s healthy, simple to make, and versatile! You can add whatever toppings you like. Here’s our favorite below:


  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Abby’s Better Date Pecan
  • ⅓ cup almonds 
  • ⅓ cup sliced strawberries 
  • ⅓ cup blueberries 
  • *Optional* for added sweetness, you can add maple syrup


  • Grab an 8x8 baking sheet. Line with parchment paper or tinfoil. 
  • Scoop out 1 cup of Greek yogurt and evenly distribute it on the baking sheet. 
  • Take ¼ cup of Abby’s Better Date Pecan, and drizzle directly onto the yogurt. 
  • Top with your almonds, strawberries, and blueberries 
  • Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. 
  • Once frozen to your liking, remove your pan from the freezer and break it into chunks. Enjoy and freeze your leftovers in an airtight container.
