INGREDIENTS:
🥥 1/3 cup shredded coconut
🍫 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate
🩵 1/4 cup Abby’s Better Protein-Infused Chocolate Coconut Almond
🥣 1/4 cup oats (uncooked)
🍯 3 tbs. honey (can sub maple syrup)
Gluten-free pretzels for topping
DIRECTIONS:
Mix oats, honey, and Abby’s Better together. Set aside. Take a mini muffin tin, and line the bottoms with chocolate. Add oat mixture overtop. Top with more chocolate, and pretzels (if desired)! Freeze for at least 3 hours.
