Coffee Almond Breakfast Muffin - V / PF

Try this COFFEE ALMOND BREAKFAST MUFFIN to start your morning off right and almost GUARANTEE an amazing day!

Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Coffee Almond nut butter

3/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Cup Coconut sugar

1/2 Cup Oat Milk

1/2 tsp Vanilla

3/4 Cup whole wheat Flour

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

3 tbsp Apple Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with paper muffin holders. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Fill each paper holder 1/2 full with batter. Bake for 20 minutes; then sprinkle rolled oats on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes. When you insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it is done! Let cool and serve.
