Flourless Salted Chocolate Brownies

Have a sweet tooth? Make these FLOURLESS Salted Chocolate Brownies for a gluten-free treat. These are made with simple ingredients easily found in your pantry + our popular Brownie Protein Almond Butter (this flavor gives the brownies tons of protein!). They last a long time in the fridge or in the freezer for up to 4 months. 

They are GLUTEN-FREE, HIGH-PROTEIN and DAIRY-FREE

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 20 minutes
MAKES: 9 brownies 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Flaky sea salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 cup Brownie Protein Almond Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS: 

Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper. Grease lightly with coconut oil. set aside. Combine your chopped chocolate with coconut oil, vanilla and Brownie Almond Butter and melt. Once combined, add the sugar and whisk. Add the eggs one at a time, and whisk in. Add your cocoa powder and starch and whisk. Transfer the batter to the lined baking tray. Bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes, or until the centre just comes out clean. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the salt. allow to cool completely.
