Honey Almond Chocolate Bark - GF / PF / DF / P

Who wants to make this classic party staple gluten free, peanut free, dairy free and paleo??? 

I doooo!!!! Whenever we had a party at our house (especially a holiday party) an instant "cop-out" from having to put too much effort was the fan favorite - chocolate bark! The most addicting, tasty, sweet goodness to have on a platter, and SO easy. 

What is so great about this recipe is that it is SIMPLE and prep takes max 5 minutes... now THAT'S the kind of party treat I like. 

Ingredients:                                                                              

4 cups of dairy free dark chocolate of choice.

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup Honey Almond nut butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

pinch of salt 

Directions: 

line an 8"x 4" baking dish with parchment paper. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 3 minutes (stirring frequently). Before completely melted, add the almond milk and stir till chocolate is smooth. Add the Honey Almond and vanilla - stir. Pour contents into baking dish and spread evenly. Drizzle more Honey Almond on top and cover with pumpkin seeds and salt. Place dish in fridge for 3 hours or until chocolate has hardened. Cut and serve.
