Honeyed Coffee Almond Ice-Cream - GF / PF / V

I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR THIS HONEYED COFFEE ALMOND ICE CREAM!

There is a reason we all know that phrase... Because EVERYONE grows up on ice cream. Whether it was apart of your every day life, or only on special occasions, we can all agree there are few better things than diving into a pint of ice cream on a hot day or while you are relaxing and watching a movie. 
There are so many flavors to choose from as well! Some of my favorites included birthday cake, Oreo, and salted caramel (I'm already salivating), however, we all know it's IMPOSSIBLE to eat only a serving of ice cream. You HAVE to eat the entire pint. No one has self-control to do otherwise. But once you eat the pint you're left feeling SO sick, and you tell yourself not to do THAT again... but we all do. 
I personally don't want to freak out about eating too much of one of my favorite foods. I don't want to feel guilty just enjoying even a few bites of ice cream, because even a small serving is packed with tons of artificial sugar and fat. 
So I created a Honeyed Coffee Almond Ice Cream recipe that is MINIMAL ingredients, very healthy, and does't leave you feeling sick afterwards!
Ingredients:
6 frozen bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup of Abby's Better Coffee Almond
3 TBS honey
2 tsp almond extract
Directions:
once you have frozen the bananas for at least 15 hours, break apart and place in a food processor. Add milk and almond extract, then blend until chunky but starting to soften. Add Coffee Almond and honey, then blend until completely smooth. Poor in a bowl and SERVE (or store in ice cream carton in freezer).
