No-Bake Chocolate Oat Balls

COOK TIME: 0 minutes
MAKES: 15 bites 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup chopped chocolate
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 3/4 cup Cinnamon Roll Almond Butter
  • 3 scoops of preferred protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

DIRECTIONS: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Dump out on to a large sheet of parchment paper and roll into small balls with your hands. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
