Strawberry Cashew Baked Oatmeal - V / GF / PF

Oatmeal doesn't have to be boring, bake it for a delicious on-the-go breakfast!

oatmeal is known as a healthy and quick breakfast option when you don't have much time, but it can be boring and bland after awhile. So this is the perfect option if you are tired of the old and ready for the new. 

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup Strawberry Cashew

3 cups oat milk

2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup maple syrup

pinch of salt

Berries to finish 

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" x 11/2" glass baking dish with coconut oil spray. set aside. Add the milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl and mix. Then add the strawberry Cashew and whisk until well combined. Once thoroughly combined, add the rolled oats and stir. Immediately pour in dish and place in oven. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the oats start to brown.  Remove, cool, and cover with more Strawberry Cashew AND berries!
