You already know nut butter belongs on toast and in smoothies. But what if we told you it also slaps on popcorn? In spicy dinner sauces? Even in 2-minute freezer fudge?
Welcome to Snack Hack Series: Vol. 1, where we unlock next-level ways to use your favorite jar of Abby’s Better. Zero boring bites allowed.
🍿 1. Drizzle It Over Popcorn
Butter? Cute. Nut butter? Elevated.
Melt 1–2 tbsp of your favorite Abby’s Better — we recommend Chocolate Chip Cashew Butter or Chocolate Coconut Protein Almond Butter — until pourable. Drizzle over a big bowl of freshly popped popcorn and toss with a pinch of sea salt or cinnamon sugar if you're feeling fancy.
🎥 Movie night = upgraded.
🔥 Pro tip: Add a handful of chocolate chips for a sweet vibe.
🌶 2. Blend It Into a Spicy Sauce
We’re talking creamy, nutty, spicy perfection — like your favorite Thai takeout but faster (and cleaner).
Whisk together:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cashew
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Juice of ½ lime
- A splash of warm water until smooth
Use it as a sauce for rice bowls, drizzle over roasted veggies, or dip spring rolls. You’ll wonder why you didn’t do this sooner.
🌱 Pairs well with: leftover veggies, chicken, or literally a spoon.
🍫 3. Freeze It Into 2-Minute Fudge Bites
No baking. No blender. Just a tiny silicone tray and a craving for something rich.
Stir together:
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chip Cashew Butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder
Pour into mini molds or ice cube trays and freeze for 30–45 minutes. Store in the freezer for a sweet little power bite whenever the mood hits.
🥶 Yes, it’s dangerously easy. Yes, you should double the batch.
