Simple Ingredients

Dry Roasted Cashews, Unsweetened Dried Coconut, Coconut Oil, Pink Himalayan Salt.

Contains Cashews, Coconut.

Thickness & Consistency

Coconut Cashew Butter's thickness is medium!

Consistency: Oil separation naturally occurs because we do not add emulsifiers to keep the nuts and oils together.

Simply stir the butter.

Do not drain the oil or you will have extremely dense butter.

If you are particularly bothered by this separation, simply store your jars upside down so the oil separates at the bottom instead.

My favorite so far

I just received the coconut cashew, the date pecan, and the strawberry. All three are good but the coconut cashew is the best. Great ingredients and satisfies my sweet tooth!!! I just eat a spoonful, but want to try it in oatmeal!
