Thickness & Consistency

Brownie Protein Almond Butter's thickness is medium!

Consistency: Oil separation naturally occurs because we do not add emulsifiers to keep the nuts and oils together.

Simply stir the butter.

Do not drain the oil or you will have extremely dense butter.

If you are particularly bothered by this separation, simply store your jars upside down so the oil separates at the bottom instead.

I wish there was a way to give this more than 5 stars. It is a PHENOMENAL treat that is also a healthy source of fats and protein. The dark, nutty, subtly sweet flavor and texture absolutely blew me away. I will need to be ordering more very soon!
