Simple Ingredients

BCCB: Dry roasted cashews, coconut sugar, coconut oil, cake batter flavor, pink Himalayan salt. | CCCCB: dry roasted cashews, coconut sugar, vegan chocolate chips, coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa, pink himalayan salt, stevia, vanilla extract. | SAB: Dry roasted almonds, coconut sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil, pink himalayan salt, stevia, vanilla extract

Allergens

Contains Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Tree Nuts

Thickness & Consistency

Thickness: Varies with each flavor.

Consistency: Oil separation naturally occurs because we do not add emulsifiers to keep the nuts and oils together.

Simply stir the butter.

Do not drain the oil or you will have extremely dense butter.

If you are particularly bothered by this separation, simply store your jars upside down so the oil separates at the bottom instead.

I bought these for my daughter, who is diabetic, as something different from peanut butter. Don't get me wrong, she loves a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but she has never just asked for a spoonful of peanut butter. We have had our butters for about 5 or 6 days now, and the birthday cake butter is completely gone. She ate the whole thing by herself! Needless to say we found a yummy alternative to regular peanut butter. I can't wait to get into the other flavors!

The taste was ok. Can you add a sweetner like purcane or I will just continue to add my own.
